Robert E. Chisholm, FAIA – Mr. Robert E. Chisholm has been
involved with CPH from the beginning as a member of the Board of
Directors and as Chairman of the Design and Construction Committee. He
now serves as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Chisholm is the owner and
president of R.E. Chisholm Architects. He blends his architectural
skills, leadership and initiative in business, disaster relief, codes
and procedures, social architecture issues and community involvement
with personal service.

| Armando Codina – President and
Chief Executive Officer of Flagler Development Group and business
leader. Mr. Codina is also a Member of the Board of Directors of CPH
and serves as the National Program Development Committee Chairman. |

Alberto Ibargüen – President and Chief Executive Officer of the
Knight Foundation. Mr. Ibargüen is also a former editor of the Miami Herald newspaper and serves as
the National Program Development Committee Co-Chairman. |

| Ronald Book – Chairman,
Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust. Mr. Book is an attorney in private
practice and has represented the interests of countless non-profit
organizations in the State of Florida for over 20 years. He also
represents a broad array of private industry clients. |

| Dan Bell, now retired,
co-founded Kos Pharmaceuticals in Miami and served as its
President/CEO, and then Chairman of the Board, from its inception in
1988 until its sale in 2006. Dan and his wife, Trish, have been
residents of Miami for over 30 years and are active volunteer
leaders and philanthropic supporters of numerous organizations
throughout our community. They are strongly committed to helping
improve the lives of those in our community who have special needs
and who lack opportunity, resources and support |

Dr. Evalina Bestman is a native
of Miami, Florida and is the former Executive Director of New
horizons Community Mental Health Center. She has a B.A. in
Psychology from Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina and a
Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas. From
1982- 2003 Dr. Bestman served as a Research Associate Professor at
the University Of Miami School Of Medicine. She has also served as a
consultant to governmental agencies, private industry and
educational institutions in a variety of fields and is a founder and
former Chairperson of the Miami Chapter of the Association of Black
Psychologists. Dr. Bestman serves as Vice Chair of the CPH Board of
Directors.

| Adolfo Henriques was the
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida East
Coast Industries until December 2007. Prior to joining FECI, Mr.
Henriques served in executive capacities at Regions Bank, Bank of
America and The Bank of Nova Scotia. He began his career as a
Certified Public Accountant with the Public Health Trust and Ryder
Systems in Miami, Florida.
Adolfo Henriques currently serves as a member of the Boards of
Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc, Gibraltar Bank, The Related
Group, Intcomex, Inc. and Medica Health Care Plans, Inc.
Adolfo Henriques has been involved with CPH since its inception.
He served as the Chairman of the Site Selection Committee and on the
Board’s Executive Committee. Amongst other community activities he
has served as chairman of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce,
Leadership Florida, the Financial Oversight Board for the City of
Miami, the United Way of Miami-Dade, the Greater Miami Convention
and Visitor’s Bureau, the Beacon Council (Miami’s Economic
Development Partnership) and Florida International University.
Adolfo Henriques is a recipient of the Woodrow Wilson Award for
Corporate Citizenship.

| Robb Hilson is the
Pacific Northwest Product Delivery Executive for Bank of America. He
leads a team of professionals who are responsible for delivering
credit and treasury solutions to commercial banking clients in
California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and Western Canada.
Hilson has served on the CPH and Westminster Christian School boards
and the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
He is also an Orange Bowl Committee member and was 2005-2006 March
of Dimes Walk chair. |

| Sherrill W. Hudson – Chairman
and CEO of TECO Energy. Formerly with Deloitte & Touche LLP until he
retired in 2002 after 37 years of service. He was Treasurer and
served on the Executive Committee of CPH from 2002-2004; he has
served as Vice Chair for Goodwill Industries of Miami since 2001.
Mr. Hudson is a Deacon with the Sunset Church of Christ. |

| Timothy Lukes – Mr. Lukes was a
consultant with McKinsey and Company in their Miami office when they
studied the CPH homeless assistance center model. He holds a
Master's in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of
Government and a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University . He is
also a member of the Board of Directors of CPH. |

The Reverend Thom Shafer is the
senior pastor of First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables. He
has served in various positions of leadership within United
Methodism and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Florida
United Methodist Children’s Home, CPH (Religious Committee
chairperson and Executive Committee), South Florida Urban
Ministries, Goodwill Industries of South Florida, Neat Stuff and
Seraphic Fire. Reverend Shafer holds a Master of Theology degree
from the Perkins School of Theology of Southern Methodist University
and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatrical Lighting Design from
Florida Southern College. Thom spent his early years in Cuba and
Uruguay with missionary parents

Howard Rubin – Chief Financial Officer of CPH since October 2001.
Prior to CPH he was the CFO of the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra for seven
years. Mr. Rubin received his undergraduate degree from the State University
of New York at Binghamton and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Manhattan
College. |

H. Daniel Vincent – Executive
Director of CPH. Prior to working for CPH Mr. Vincent served as a
professional employee as well as an ordained/commissioned officer
with the rank of Major in the Salvation Army. He was recently
inducted as an Advisory Board member of the Salvation Army Miami
Area Command.

Alfredo Brown – Director,
National Program Development and former Director of Operations for
CPH. Mr. Brown is also a retired military officer from the U.S. Army
where he served for 26 years.
