National Program Development Committee Members, Community Partnership for Homeless

Alvah H. Chapman Jr. – former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Knight Ridder, former Director of the Knight Foundation and Founding Chairman of Community Partnership for Homeless.
Armando Codina – President and Chief Executive Officer of Flagler Development Group and business leader. Mr. Codina is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Community Partnership for Homeless and serves as the National Program Development Committee Chairman.
Alberto Ibargüen – President and Chief Executive Officer of the Knight Foundation. Mr. Ibarguen is also a former editor of the Miami Herald newspaper and serves as the National Program Development Committee Co-Chairman.
Robert E. Chisholm, AIA – Architect and Chairman of the design committee of our two facilities. Mr. Chisholm is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Community Partnership for Homeless.
Ronald Book – Chairman, Homeless Trust of Miami-Dade County. Ronald Book is the Chairman of the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust. He is also Chairman of the Children’s Home Society of Florida. Mr. Book is an attorney in private practice in Aventura and Tallahassee, Florida.
Timothy Lukes – Mr. Lukes is an advisor at Bridgewater Associates, an asset management firm in Westport, CT. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Mr. Lukes was a consultant with McKinsey and Company in their Miami office. He holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Community Partnership for Homeless.
H. Daniel Vincent – Executive Director of Community Partnership for Homeless. Mr. Vincent is a former ordained commissioned officer with the rank of Major in the Salvation Army.
Howard Rubin – Chief Financial Officer of Community Partnership for Homeless. Howard Rubin has been the CFO of Community Partnership for Homeless since October 2001. Prior to CPH he was the CFO of the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra for seven years. Mr. Rubin received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghampton and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Manhattan College.
Alfredo Brown – Director, National Program Development and former Director of Operations for Community Partnership for Homeless. Mr. Brown is also a retired military officer from the U.S. Army where he served for 26 years.
