PROGRAM
The Community Partnership for Homeless National Program is dedicated to
helping other communities develop programs to effectively and
compassionately reduce the number of homeless in their community. We have
provided guidance and information about our services to numerous groups from
around the nation. Our goal is to spread the knowledge and know how we have
to any organization/community that requests our help. We have also hosted
over 400 tours for local organizations and individuals.
How Do We End Homelessness
Homelessness isn’t a new issue; it continues to be a major source of
political and civic frustration, blight on community pride and a problem
requiring proven strategies in order to be solved. With our economy
suffering a down-turn and more people loosing their homes and jobs we all
have reason for concern that homelessness rates in our communities will be
on the rise. What Can We Do?
There are approaches to the problem that lead to solutions. Our Plan which
includes a public-private partnership between the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust,
Community Partnership for Homeless (CPH) and numerous social service
providers, along with business and philanthropic donors, has greatly reduced
the number of homeless citizens in our county. To learn more about our
